Patil & Associates, A Law Firm established and under the aegis of Jayakumar S. Patil, Senior Advocate. After having gained rich experience in handling matters pertaining to Co-operative Society disputes, Society Registration disputes, Election Laws, Laws pertaining to Zilla Panchayat and Gram Panchayat, Civil Laws, Appellate matters & Writ Petitions and Counseling and Advisory related work for a span of Five Years, I have joined LAHIRI LAW CHAMBERS (LLC) and expanded the horizon of the Firm. Now, as a Partner of LAHIRI LAW CHAMBERS (LLC) we continue to provide legal Services to our clients.

I am a Senior Consultant and a of-Counsel to LAHIRI LAW CHAMBERS (LLC). I have rich experience of more than 20 Years in the field of Law. I have expertise in real estate matters and property related matters. After having initial Litigation experience under Senior Lawyer, CM Desai, I have been a Consultant to various Law Firms and Corporates including Divyasree Group, Ozone Group and Gokaldas Warehousing Corporation. I have provide Non-Litigation, Conveyancing and proprietary related legal services to Clients of LAHIRI LAW CHAMBERS (LLC).

I'm a Partner at Lahiri Law Chambers. I enrolled as an Advocate in February 2021 and began my career with the firm as an Associate in 2022. Over the last four years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in civil litigation, including writ matters before the High Court, and appellate proceedings.

I started out as an Associate and gradually grew into my current role as Partner, continuing to focus on practical, result-oriented legal representation across various forums.

I am Para Legal to Lahiri Law Associates and help in documentation and assist the Advocates in all the legal works.

I completed my B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Presidency University, Bangalore, and enrolled with the Bar Council of Karnataka in the year 2023. Since 2023, I have been associated with Lahiri Law Chambers, gaining hands-on experience in civil and criminal litigation, as well as matters before various tribunals. My work involves case research, legal drafting, client interaction, and assisting in court proceedings across different forums.

I got enrolled as an advocate on 22-10-2024 and since then I'm Working under Sri. Sandeep Lahiri and Smt. Deepakia Joshi advocates, I have gained experience primarily working in litigation, mainly relating to Family Law and Civil Law, handling matters related to divorce, child custody, domestic violence and other civil disputes, matters under Negotiable Instruments Act, Consumer Protection Act, Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, MSME, Appellate matters and Writ Petitions.
